Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or skin sensitivities. We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredients, and shade guides carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We want you to love your products! If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.

Condition: The defective product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returning your item to our facility are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Our Promise: Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will ship out your replacement product at no additional shipping cost to you.
